Robert Downey Jr. is known as the Iron Man, and the actor himself owns it. During Labor Day weekend, RDJ reminded fans that the iron suit is not taking a day off. Meanwhile, talks about an Iron Man 4 installment is said to be delayed due to the steep pay the actor is billing.

As featured in People Magazine, Downey tweeted a photo of him in Iron Man 2, fiddling around his ultra-modern, advanced and fictional technology. He captioned it with with wishes of a restful weekend for his followers and that "[he'll] stay online in the workshop (as machining is [his] passion). #LaborDay."

Aside from the upcoming Captain America: Civil War movie, fans still wait with bated breath for any official announcement regarding a fourth installment of Iron Man, which RDJ confirmed talks of last October 2014.

According to Movie News Guide,  Iron Man 4 might take some more time as actor continues to be the industry's highest paid and so the negotiations regarding the pay is taking a while. The Iron Man star has been the world's #1 paid actor for 3 years consecutive now, holding the spot since 2012.

Iron Man 4, which is not in the announced Marvel Phase 3 movie, could possibly be a surprise or an installment reserved for the Marvel Phase 4. Currently, Iron Man is possibly fighting off a new disaster in Captain America: Civil War.

In an article by The BitBag, Iron Man might create the Red Hulk in the Civil War movie, to turn tides in his favour. While unconfirmed, the Red Hulk may pose as another Iron Man-made disaster that he has to eventually clean up.

The Iron Man star was also recently spotted with his on-screen partner Gwyneth Paltrow, having lunch on the beach. Fans speculate that this might have to do with the Iron Man 4 possibility. Meanwhile, audiences can enjoy his occasional tweets and snippets like his Iron Man Labor Day short blurb. For sure, Robert Downey Jr. deserves a steep pay as he always works hard and delivers in his movies.
