With its imminent release on September 9, iPhone 6S Plus is the center of new leaks this week as new rounds of photos revealed the overall design of Apple's upcoming flagship super-sized smartphone. Leaked photos show a bigger build for the next generation iPhone and a few changes in dimensions.

iPhone 6S Plus sports a height and width bigger than its predecessors iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus measuring 138.19mm tall and 67.68mm wide. This dimension reveals the new device is more superior in size than the previous ones. The shell and display also has 7.08 mm thick, points thicker than its predecessors.

This has been the word of infamous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo since June adding that these changes in build is designed to cater the Force Touch sensors. To disappoint the famed bendgate test, Apple made sure to upgrade material to a sturdy 7000 series aluminum.

In one photo, the smartphone is seen wearing a red cover and a reminiscent appearance of iPhone 6 Plus. The device also has better hardware components.

iPhone 6S Plus is reported to rock a 5.5-inch screen display and a 2,750 mAh battery. It is also expected to house an A9 chip, iOS 9 and a 32 GB of storage expandable to 128 GB, 2 GB of RAM. The main camera is only pegged at 12 MP and an 8 MP front shooter. The front camera is reported to wear a flash for good and proper lighting properties.

iPhone 6S Plus will be available first through pre-order in diamond, platinum and gold variants.

Alongside iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6S is also expected to come out on September 9. Amid all the words in the rumor mill, the Cupertino giant has neither confirmed one nor denied so possibilities are still too wide to grasp for now. If Apple has not denied anything, the rumors might be true after all.
