'Teen Wolf' Season 5B will revolve around the war between Scott and Theo's packs. TV series showrunner Jeff Davis has revealed that the feud will be the major theme in the second half. It could also reveal more about Parrish after Lydia figured out that he is a hellbound. It may also feature the deep connection between Parrish and Lydia.

During the season 5A finale, Deputy Parrish's identity was finally known. Lydia has confirmed her suspicions that Parrish could be a hellbound through reading the Wooden's Hunt in the library. It was actually one of the finale's major surprises, according to Seventeen.

In 'Teen Wolf' season 5B, Parrish's Hellhound will be at the forefront of this mystery. And his dream about Lydia could mean something romantic. Considering both Lydia and Parrish are harbingers of death, it makes sense they have a certain connection.

In an interview with TVLine, 'Teen Wolf' executive producer Jeff Davis hints that there will be a budding romance between Lydia and Parrish. In fact, Parrish's story also made headlines because he held hands with Lydia, which is one of the first times they've connected outside his hallucinations. 

According to Jeff, "That first moment where Lydia takes his hand in the jail cell is her acknowledging she has feelings for him as well.​"

Meanwhile, the True Alpha and the villainous poser will certainly be at odds as season 5 wears on. But according to Enstarz, it seems there are other tensions bubbling just under the surface in Beacon Hills.

"Yeah, they're definitely going to be going up against each other," Davis revealed. "It's partially about the other dangers in Beacon Hills. It'll be an epic, cataclysmic, clash of the Titans that's about to happen, and they'll be caught up in it."

Additionally, the Dread Doctors are also eyeing on the ultimate battle. Their hidden mural, at least, appears to foretell such an event.

"There's a French word that the Doctors are repeating over and over," Jeff said. "I can tell you that Season5B is a clash of titans, and both of the titans in that [drawing] are... well, one of them is somebody you already know. The one surrounded by fire."
