Fans are going to see the mutated versions of Bebop and Rocksteady in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2." In the upcoming "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" sequel, Gary Anthony Williams who is playing Bebop and WWE Superstar Sheamus who will star as Rocksteady will mutate halfway through.

It was made known that fans will be seeing Bebop and Rocksteady in the forthcoming "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Half Shell), played by Williams and Farrelly. Just like how the turtles were once normal reptiles, Bebop and Rocksteady started out as normal humans, and eventually transformed into strange humanoids.

It was revealed from an interview with WWE Superstar CM Punk. Punk was at one point being considered for the role of Rocksteady, but lost out on it to his former colleague Sheamus.

In the interview, Punk opened up why he believes he missed out on the role and dropped a major spoiler about what happens in the movie. He stated: "I just assumed Sheamus is a bigger dude, so they gave it to the big guy. It makes sense. They were looking for two big, muscly bouncer types. Sheamus fits the role," he said. "I think they end up getting mutated half way through. You didn't hear that from me, though."

In the original TV series, Bebop and Rocksteady were thugs in a street gang that Shredder recruited to become mutated, in order to defeat the Ninja Turtles. They are a few of the baddies that will be appearing in the sequel. Other definite villains are Shredder (Brian Tee), Karai (Brittany Ishibashi), and Krang. Baxter Stockman (Perry) will also make an appearance.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" is once again produced by Michael Bay, with David Green (Earth to Echo) directing. The action sequel recently wrapped production in New York, with original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Megan Fox (April O'Neill), Will Arnett (Vernon Fenwick), William Fichtner (Eric Sacks), Alan Ritchson (Raphael), Jeremy Howard (Donatello), Pete Ploszek (Leonardo) and Noel Fisher (Michelangelo).

New additions include Stephen Amell (Arrow) as Casey Jones, Tyler Perry (Gone Girl) as Baxter Stockman, Brian Tee (The Wolverine) as The Shredder, Gary Anthony Williams (Boston Legal) as Bebop and WWE's Sheamus as Rocksteady with Alessandra Ambrosio (Casino Royale) and Laura Linney (The Fifth Estate) in unconfirmed roles. The film is set for release on June 3, 2016.
