Players will now have a chance to rumble in WWE 2K16, with their heads imported to their Superstar creation.  This is the newest feature in the series, a different take on enticing players and other wrestling fans to try the game.

The short demo features the photograph of actor Stephen Amell of Arrow, used as an example on how to successfully import a face-picture into the chosen WWE Superstar.  Crave Online said the results were impressive, although this feature is also being used and capitalized in other games already.

According to Attack of the Fan Boy, the demo which 2K Games made slightly revealed already (Spoiler alert!) that Amell will not be in the game officially.  But fans can still see him, or make use of him by utilizing this new upload feature.  Amell happens to be a WWE fan, thus, his face used in the demo.  Incidentally, he'll make an appearance in a match in this Sunday's WWE Summerslam PPV.  He'll be competing against Stardust and King Barrett.

Attack of the Fanboy adds that it would be interesting to see if players can upload photos that are not "real-life humans," say, a cat maybe.  The results, of course, would be funny, citing the likes of Mario or Blanka as examples.

The demo did not state also how long it took to import Amell's face; that it might take longer than a match in WWE.  Nevertheless, this will make creating people easier than before.  And this would prevent players from making unlikely characters or wrestlers in the game.

WWE might be gambling on this new feature, since it's really not a new technology.  But it would be fun for players to experiment on, per se, putting faces of politicians or Hollywood actors on heads of created Superstars or wrestlers.

WWE 2K16 will be released on October 27.  It is said to offer the largest roster in WWE game history, with more than 120 unique playable characters, including cover Superstar Stone Cold Steve Austin alongside Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Bad News Barrett, Paige and Finn Bálor.
