Bungie saved the best for last.  During the the Twitch reveal, the developer of The Destiny:  The Taken King finally gave in to the urge of their fans and players to somehow do something about the vault space.  Bungie did not just double the space in the vault but the armor vault will have additional slots as well.  This, as The Taken King Twitch stream concluded last August 19.

Audience kept asking Deej about the vault space but was stopped by his team when he got near the vaults during the presentation.  But of course, they did not leave them hanging.  Fans cheered as the team broke the news that Destiny: The Taken King will double the amount of vault space available to guardians.

David "Deej" Dague, Community Manager of Bungie, said that while the weapon vault doubled; the armor vault now more than doubled with 72 slots in all.  Add to this, according to Twinfinite, available blueprints for exotics, ships, emblems, and shaders will enable guardians to dismantle those items without concern and use the space they were taking up for other items."

The International Business Times reported that while there are significant changes to the vault and weapons vaults, these extended to the weapons as well.  Destiny:  The Taken King will have a whole new stack of weapons which include the Righteous VII and Suros Regime auto rifles and the Objective IV and Ruin Wake machine guns.

With all these now in the open, Bungie now has plans of overhauling its leveling and quest systems.  According to Gamespot, the core idea would be is that Light levels would be removed and converted to the regular level.  As such, players would be able to reach the new level cap of 40 through regular gameplay alone.

With this change, the Guardians' new light, the attack and defense gear statistics will just be average, including the Ghost Shell and class item.  A new Spark of Light will also be introduced into The Taken King, which will allow players to instantly level a single character to 25.

Two more Twitch live streams are scheduled:  August 26 and September 2.  The reveal will give details on the upcoming expansion.  Destiny: The Taken King will be launched on September 15 for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3.
