CapLinked Raises US$3.7 million for Series A Capital Round

CapLinked, the platform utilizing cloud based technology that allows business transactions to be done simply and securely,  has announced that additional investors have been included in the latest results of its Series A financing round.

The total volume of the financing is at US$2.1 million and new investors into the fray include Conversion Capital, The Artesian Group, Inflection Ventures, Chris Harris a Google software engineering manager and Lee Essener, the founder of AccessDNA.

The company had disclosed that FF Angel, 500 Startups, Siemer Ventures and Peter Thiel , former Paypal founder have invested another US$1.6 million in the Series A capital, resulting in funds for its use amounting to US$3.7 million.

According to CapLinked CEO Eric M. Jackson, "We're using the proceeds from our financing round to invest in our technology, build new features, and increase sales and support. We're proud of our product, and I can confirm that we used our own software to manage our capital raise."
