Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 is still years away but is certainly one of the much anticipated movies in the MCU. Some characters who supposedly died in the previous film are rumored to return, while one of the six Infinity Stones are also rumored to appear in Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, which is set to be released next year.

Although it has not been confirmed nor denied yet, Aaron Taylor-Johnson hinted that his character, Quicksilver, might return in the upcoming film, even though he supposedly died in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

"It is the Marvel universe. It was very much our intention to, kind of, go the way we did. There was a costume designed for if I did not die, which was f*cking really cool. I was, like, 'Oh, my God!'" he said, as reported by Youth Health Mag.

He also added that he cannot give details about it, but it was an alternative. "It was very much set from the very beginning. Joss had in mind to tell the story that he told and I was very game for that as well. I think it really gives the movie, sort of, an emotional twist - a surprise." The report also stated that Quicksilver is likely to be resurrected with the help of the Terrigen Mist which will enable him to travel through time as an enhancement of his power of speed.

But aside from Quicksilver, another character is also rumored to reappear in the MCU, although his resurrection might not be as pleasing to the Avengers. According to Movie News Guide, rumors are now circulating that the A.I. villain, Ultron might come back  in the upcoming film.

Although previously assumed dead, theories suggest that he was simply absorbed back into the mind stone that Vision has on his forehead. He will reportedly come back in the form of Magus, who is Adam Warlock's evil counterpart.

Meanwhile, although it has been reported that Thanos will eventually be able to gather all six Infinity Stones, two of them have not appeared on the MCU yet. The Mind Stone, Space Stone, reality Stone, and the Power Stone have already made their onscreen debut in many of the films, but Soul and Time stones' appearance are yet to be made.

Although it has not been confirmed yet, according to Yibada, one of the stones are likely to appear in Doctor Strange which is set to be released next year, and will star Benedict Cumberbatch for the lead role. The upcoming film will reportedly contain physics laws, magic, and several concepts that involve space and time.

More details about the film's plot are expected to be released in the coming months. Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 is set to be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, from the script by Christopher Markus, and Stephen McFeely. It is set to hit theaters in May 04, 2018.
