Mortal Kombat X is one of the most interesting fighting game this year. With all the gore, brutalities and iconic fatalities, it is only natural for NetherRealm Studios to further expand the Mortal Kombat roster. Fans speculates more characters with future "Kombat Packs".

After the intriguing characters added to the roster of Mortal Kombat X from previous news and releases, the hunger to add more in the lineup has grown insanely large. After the release of Tremor, the rumors of more upcoming characters have sky-rocketed to a different level. NetherRealm Studios exhibited Tremor's move set and abilities, as informed by Christian Today. Fans, undoubtedly, were ecstatic with the news, and more so after the news that was announced by NetherRealm.

The game developers labeled the Mortal Kombat X Season pass as "Kombat Pack 1." This gave rise to fan theories and speculations that there will be a more updates on these "Kombat Pack" series considering that the first release was labeled with a numerical value.

With recent characters such as Jason Vorhees, Freddy Krueger, Kratos, The Predator and Tremor, it is absolutely inevitable for fans to not have their very own bits of creativity to take charge. Fans and gamers still wants more content out of Mortal Kombat and it wouldn't be a surprise if NetherRealm releases more "Kombat Packs" in the future

There are a lot of Mortal Kombat characters who are not playable in the game. NetherRealm have a lot of room to update Mortal Kombat's current roster of characters. As of the moment, Rain and Noob cannot be played, and with that, there is great room for addition in the current lineup of characters. For players that are yet to explore their own character forte, Prima Games provides great hints in picking the right one.

While NetherRealm Studios aims to expand the roster of playable characters in Mortal Kombat X, there is no definite release date for "Kombat Pack 2." Fans will have to wait a little longer and enjoy the current roster of characters with the first season pass.
