Chelsea Handler certainly has a particularly free and easy mood. The 40-year old comedienne has a habit of posting topless photos of herself on Instagram, and it doesn't look like she's stopping anytime soon. 

The comedienne would often take to her Instagram account and post topless pictures of herself to send a message on gender equality issues when it comes to women not being able to show their nipples on the social media site. Chelsea Handler decided to post those particular pictures while vacationing in the Bahamas with her friends. 

In one of the photos, Chelsea and several of her friends are relaxing in the ocean. The former host of Chelsea Lately is wearing a straw hat and her bikini top is pulled up, exposing her breasts. 

"We will be performing tomorrow at the Atlantis in the Bahamas. Tickets available on Tinder," she posted. 

Chelsea also posted another picture of her floating on her back without a bikini top. 

Help! Only One of us can swim," the caption read. 

Chelsea Handler is clearly not a fan of Instagram's nudity policy. She has been very vocal on her opinions about the company's policy regarding what cannot be posted on the photo-sharing app. The star has been known to share some particularly scandalous pictures, and she certainly isn't shy about it. 

The former talk show host was infuriated when Instagram took down her picture of her topless photo in October of last year. Chelsea would later post the topless photo on Twitter, saying "Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to show I have a better body than Putin." 

Instagram does not allow photos of female nipples,"but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed."  The site also does not allow close-ups of fully-nude buttocks and photos of genitals or those showing sexual intercourse.
