"Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 3 will see the reunion of  Naruto and Sasuke as they confront the new enemy that lurks behind the shadows. Boruto and Mitsuki may try to seek out Sarada and Chouchou as they left the ninja exams in Naruto Gaiden Chapter 2. A new Team 7 may be formed which will be a good transition to the upcoming "Boruto: Naruto the Movie."

"Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 2 titled, "The Man with the Sharingan" showed Naruto leaving Konoha after receiving a message from Sasuke about the incident regarding a mysterious man who seems to possess the Sharingan. Sarada decided to seek for answers about her true identity from the Seventh Hokage, but she overhears Naruto talking about meeting with Sasuke in an attempt to investigate on the incident. Sarada decides to follow Naruto, so that she could get the answers straight from Sasuke himself. Chouchou tags along with her, as she also hopes to find out her true identity.

Fans began speculating that "Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 3 will see a reunion take place between Sasuke and Naruto. While Sarada is desperate for answers, she will find herself in danger together with Chouchou as the mystery enemy continues to lurk in the dark. Boruto will also begin to realize that Sarada and Chouchou are missing during the ninja exam and will try to join them in along with Mitsuki.

This leads to several Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage Chapter 3 fan theories and predictions from Manga Helpers that Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki will form the new Team 7 and may even pave the way to smoothly transition into the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," which premieres on Aug. 7, 2015.

There are also several Chapter 3 fan theories that claim that Sarada may actually be Sasuke and Karin's child, while the new Uchiha boy could be the legitimate child of Sasuka and Sakura. Meanwhile, most fans theorize that Orochimaru is performing experiments on Obito's Sharingan collection, especially now that Orochimaru's presence in the upcoming "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" has been almost confirmed.
