Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings, and Michael Clifford are hoping to release their sophomore album this year, following the massive success of their self-titled debut album and "LiveSOS." However, the boys admitted that they haven't been in a recording studio yet since they are prioritizing their "Rock Out With Your Socks Out" tour, which will kick off on May. The boy band thinks that their future experiences on the road will help their song writing process for their next album. The quartet is also known to have a "No Girlfriend" rule while they are all busy but it seems drummer Ashton and bassist Calum already broke it.

Fans of 5 Seconds of Summer still have to wait before lining up or camping out at record bars to buy the boy band's sophomore album as the famous quartet said that their attention is towards their upcoming "Rock Out With Your Socks Out" tour set to start on May. The boys however, eye to release the anticipated follow up to their debut and live album this year. Last month, 5SOS fans almost cracked Twitter when a fan announced that the boys finally released an online studio version of a song that will be included in their new album. Ashton Irwin was quick to debunk the faux news by replying a profound "what? Lol" to the said fan tweet.

Speaking of Ashton Irwin, it seems the drummer of the band already broke their unspoken "No Girlfriend" rule when he was spotted with a blonde girl named Bryana Holly. The two were seen together hanging out in Disneyland and riding their bikes in Venice Beach.

Bassist Calum Hood was also reported to be dating Jennifer Phipps, a 22-year old girl from Sydney, who posted pictures on Instagram showing her cuddling with the 5SOS bassist.

Ashton and Calum haven't officially introduced their partners in public yet but once they do, their fandom will surely have mixed reactions about it.

5 Seconds of Summer is very much focused on their upcoming "Rock Out With Your Socks Out" tour but still plans to release their second album this year. Ashton Irwin and Calum Hood may have already broken the "No Girlfriend" rule of the group but are still both committed, together with Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford, to bring good music to their fans.
