"Iron Man 4" is still yet to be confirmed by Marvel and fans are all anxious if Robert Downey, Jr. will comeback to reprise his role as Tony Stark. Even though its still not official, reports indicate that the "Iron Monger" may make a comeback in the latest Iron Man film.

There is no recent confirmation if Robert Downey, Jr. will don the Iron Man suit for the fourth time. Under his contract, Downey will only appear as Iron Man in two more movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This include his appearance in Captain America 3: Civil War and in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but it is still undecided if the 48-year old actor will still reprise his role on "Iron Man 4".

The Iron Man franchise is considered to be the forerunner of Marvel Cinematic Universe. But more than half of the credit goes to Robert Downey as people just love his charm as Tony Stark and the way he dons the Iron Suit.

While a lot of will he-won't he online rumors are buzzing around with regard to the potential plot for the upcoming "Iron Man 4".

In a post about Iron Man's greatest archenemies, Iron Monger made the list as one of the worst (or best?) enemies that Iron Man encountered.

In fact, Iron Monger already appeared in the first installment of Iron Man in 2008. Jeff Bridges starred as Obadiah Stane, Tony Stark's colleague and mentor and the person behind the Ten Rings attack in the movie.

In the movie, when Tony found out that Ten Kings were using his weapons against America, he decided to stop developing weapons for business. Stane opposed his decisions since he is looking for a way to control the company. He then managed to find a way to get the prototype of the Iron Man armor and build the Iron Monger and battled with Iron Man.

If Iron Man 4 will ever see the light of day, and Robert Downey, Jr. will still reprise his role despite rumors of being replaced, Marvel Cinematic Universe might want to consider (or find a way) to make a return for Iron Monger. Even Jeff Bridges admitted that he would want that to happen.
