Broken Age Act 2 arrives in North America and in Europe by April 28 and 29 respectively. Double Fine finally released gameplay since 2012 when it was first announced. The said game will be released in PS4 and PS Vita consoles, same with the previous title.

Reportedly, if the 2^nd act will be released, the 1^st and the 2^nd acts will be taken as one in both platforms. Thus, the two will no longer be treated nor sold separately. For around $24.99, users can now have the game, with PC, Mac or Linux free download for Act 1, however.

For those who didn't know about Broken Age gameplay, the storyline focuses on the two characters Vella and shay, boy and girl. These two characters are living in different worlds yet they seemed to have parallel lives.

In addition, since she was chosen to be sacrificed to the monster Mog Chothra, Vella should escape. Shay, on the other hand, lives in a solitary life, yet, wishes to have a real adventure while being cared by maternal computer.

What is really interesting about this game is that it's a bit star-studded as the voice actors of the game characters are from the famous animated movies, such as Elijah Wood (Shay) from the Lord of the Rings, and Masaya Moyo (Vella) from Team America. They will be with other stars, too, Jack Black, Jennifer Hale, and Pendleton Ward.

Double Fine also expressed their gratitude to their fans who have been patiently waiting for the Act 2 release through their latest online update, by saying,

"[I]t's been a long wait, so thanks again for being so patient with is and allowing us to take the time we needed to make the game as good as possible."

In terms of their game development, they also said that they have been working hard to deliver the best game that they could ever give to their avid gamers.

"Big props to the entire team for absolutely killing it and delivering something that really is everything we hoped it would be and more."

Other reviews also said that Broken Age series found to be "exceptional story filled with charm and sharp meta-commentary." Aside from that they also cited that the game was praised because of its "memorable and often-funny supporting cast."

Thus, the game was regarded as "perfect."
