In the midst of cancellation rumors, Hart Of Dixie season 4 finale will air this week, 27 March at 8pm on the CW. This final episode will feature the rest of the casts' final blow. Zoe Hart delivers a baby boy. She and Wade will continue to struggle making things right for their relationship. And, Lemon and Lavon are trying a knot.

According to 'Hart of Dixie' Season 4 finale spoilers, Zoe and Wade, the couple will have to welcome their baby a little earlier than expected. In the extended promo video on YouTube, Zoe will go into unexpected labor while they try to solve the problems in their relationship.

Meanwhile, Lemon and Lavon is having a time of their lives. The wedding bells will be ringing for the couple. In the same video, Lemon asks her best friend to be the bridesmaid. This, however, will happen only after Lavon gets past the guilt and Lemon forgets the fact that her man deceived her. Not to fret though as it looks like the two will kiss and make up very soon.

George and Annabeth, on the other hand, are working out their difficult situation too. Their relationship is hitting rough roads ever since they have been together-George's parents' disapproval of their romance, his work and others, which leaves them frustrated. But with episode 10, will see the two come to a "big decision." George has a big confession to make.

On the other report, there is still a little hope that 'Hart of Dixie' Season 5 cancellation will not happen, as the promo video mentions 'season 4 finale' and not 'series finale'.

And, the 'Hart Of Dixie' Season 4 finale earned more viewership, and even topped.  Zap2it recently reported that the season's finale, along with 'Glee', topped the percentage adults 18-49 ratings increase from Live + 7 viewing, with both adding 100% percent to its Live+Same Day adults 18-49 ratings.

However, executive producer Leila Gerstein revealed that episode 10 will resolve all issues related to the major characters in the show and bring a happy ending.

'Hart of Dixie' Season 4 finale episode "BlueBell" will air on Mar. 25.
