The incredibly lovable gang of "Frozen" is back as they celebrate Anna's special birthday. Elsa, Kristoff, Sven and the cute and fluffy Olaf are some of the returning characters in this short film. Oaken, Hans and Marshmallow are also reported to be with the cast. Elsa, who now gets a stunning emerald green dress, is the reigning queen of Arandell is sick with a cold. A line in the film emphasizes this. "I've never had a cold... and a cold never bothered me anyway."  Everytime she sneezes, "snow babies" appear and wander around, meddling in the secret surprise for Anna.

Anna is being asked to follow a red string wrapped around presents which will eventually lead her to the surprise party. The whole kingdom has been preparing for this celebration. The wild chase and attempt to contain the "snow babies" will leave the audience laughing for hours.

This "Frozen" short also comes with a brand new song! "Making Today a Perfect Day", written by the famous "Let it go" song Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, is the upbeat song which we can expect that we will be hearing from kids of all ages from now on.
