It seems that Bruce Jenner has not learned his lesson as he was seen using his cell phone while driving in Los Angeles. It's just three weeks ago when he was involved in a fatal accident.

He was illegally chatting over the phone in his car after he had left the golf course last Friday and hopped into his Porsche, reported Perez Hilton.

Previously, he was also spotted using his cell phone 3 days after he was involved in a fatal car accident. It's either he's getting really forgetful, maybe because of age, or he thinks that nothing is really serious about it even after seeing someone die.

The law requires drivers in California to use hands-free equipment when taking calls while driving. For someone like Jenner who can afford a Porsche and a Cadillac, buying a phone with Bluetooth capacity for calls should not be a problem.

No police actually caught Jenner, only cameras.

Last month, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star Bruce Jenner, while driving his Cadillac Escalade, hit the white Lexus driven by 69-year-old widow Kim Howe of nearby Calabasas. Kim's car was pushed into the incoming traffic and got hit by a black Hummer, reported Daily Mail.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has already received the complete investigation conducted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

There's a very strong likelihood that Jenner won't be prosecuted for the manslaughter, considering several factors.

"There are a variety of factors. He was not under the influence. He was not speeding. He was not texting," law enforcement officials told TMZ.

Authorities revealed the Jenner was going 38 KPH before the collision, reported Gossip Cop.

The fault of Jenner that is being looked into was that he seemed to be not paying attention as the traffic slowed down as he was tailing Howe's vehicle very closely.

What do you think is Bruce Jenner thinking? Should he be indicted for the death of Howe? Tell us what you think.
