It's no secret that the "Terminator" franchise is sagged in recent years. "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" couldn't live up to the standards of the first two classic films, while the less said about "Terminator Salvation," the better. Worst of all, "Terminator Salvation" was PG-13! Killer time-traveling robots deserve a hard R, every time.

But for the fifth film, "Terminator Genisys," the filmmakers are clearly trying to ramp things up beyond the last few disappointing "Terminators." And thanks to a few online leaks, we know some of the major fight scenes- like one where a bus flips into the air on the highway, and another when two different versions of Arnold Schwarzenegger's titular robot beat each other to a pulp.

Recently, The Terminator Fans have unearthed a ton of spoilers for the new film- very detailed descriptions of what promises to be one of the film's standout action sequences, when the older hero Terminator and the original evil Terminator from the first film have an enormous fight to the death.

The Terminator Fans describes nearly every aspect of the battle- that the '80s Terminator may lose large chunks of its face skin, but that the skin from the heroic Terminator's hands may be sheared away. At that point, he'll have to wear gloves for the rest of the film (obviously- otherwise civilians might notice this otherwise ordinary fellow has robotic hands).

The battle is also described as being somewhat like "a wrestling match," and will be absolutely brutal. At one point, "the aged T-800 has its left arm locked under the T-800's right shoulder as if it is going to make a deadly move on the younger T-800."

Presumably, that can't end well for the younger T-800. And what we don't know is how the battle ends- obviously, the younger 'bot loses and the older 'bot wins. The older 'bot is the main robot character in the movie, and that just makes sense. Hopefully, he pulls out a particularly impressive move to bash his opponent to death. And if we're lucky, we may even see a gimpse of it in the next trailer!
