Philippines is considered a developing country, having a small percentage of wealthy people. But that doesn't mean that a luxury condominium can't be put up in the country. In fact, Century Properties Group has worked with Real Estate mogul, Donald Trump, to put up a Trump Tower in Makati City.

Century Properties Group has recently shared that they have already sold 94% of Trump Tower  units. It is still under construction and is expected to be completed two years from now. The project reportedly has more than 250 units with a value of more than PHP 6 billion or around USD 143 million. The target markets of Century Properties Group, especially Trump Tower, are those who have extreme net worth, and foreigners. Filipinos with average income are able to buy properties from other developers.  

The units of Trump Tower starts from 60 square meters, based from a report. Their penthouse is said to be more than 400 square meters.

According to source, Donald Trump has already congratulated Century Properties Group for its success. This milestone can be compared to other well-known Trump developments such as Trump International Hotel & Tower in Waikiki and Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.  

The Century Properties Group, a leading developer in the Philippines, thanked Trump Organization for believing that they are able to make this project an achievement. The Century Properties Group's Chairman added that the Trump Tower is their contribution to Metro Manila. This can bring business investments and might create more opportunities for Filipinos.

Real Estate industry is booming. With that, we can expect more projects from Century Properties Group. Their collaboration with Donald Trump may have been successful, but there are no updates if there will be new projects involving Century Properties Group and Trump Organization.
