Cartoon Network's latest iOS app based off "Adventure Time" has just been released, and it lets users create their own adventure games.

Officially called "Adventure Time Game Wizard," the latest iOS app offering by Carton Network has been developed by Pixel Press and Grumpyface, shares App Advice. The app, which is based off Pixel Press Floors, has been demoed at PAX Prime back in September 2014.

This is not the first app based off "Adventure Time," but it is the first one that allows the user to create their own adventure game with elements and environments found on the show.

"'Adventure Time' isn't just a popular kids' show, it presents one of the richest and most surreal animated landscapes," describes Cult of Mac. It's also been defined as "perfect for sparking and unlocking young people's imagination and creativity."

Characters from "Adventure Time" are included in the game, such as Finn, Ice King, Jake, BMO, and Princess Bubblegum. A new character by the name of Doodle Wizard is also introduced in game. Wizard is voiced by "Weird Al" Yankovic.

There are two options for making a game. Pen and paper illustrations can be scanned with a mobile camera, or the user can use the built-in level editor instead. Terrain in the game can be written on each square of graph paper. According to Mashable, printable starter packs can be downloaded from the "Adventure Time Game Wizard" website for level creation purposes. Creations can be shared via the Game Wizard Arcade, allowing users to play other peoples' created platform-based levels.

Currently, the new Cartoon Network "Adventure Time" iOS app is compatible with iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad with iOS 8.0 or later.  It is also optimized for iPhone 6, including iPhone 6 Plus. The game is available on the App Store for $4.99.
