Shailene Woodley and Theo James are to have a  passionate sex scene in the upcoming 'Insurgent' movie. The trailer was released last month and teased an intimate moment between Tris Prior and Tobias Eaton. The teaser caused quite a frenzy to fans of the adaptation of the popular Veronica Roth YA series, and trended its way on social media. 

While the love scene drove most of the fans into a giddy frenzy, a great number had their doubts. It would be noted that one of Tris' fears in the previous 'Divergent' film was the fear of intimacy. According to an article with Fashion and Style, the love scene might have been established due to a number of reasons.

The article speculated that Tris might have entered "a drug-induced simulation." and that this was all a scheme on the part Jeanine Matthews (Kate Winslet). However, according to Kpopstarz, the book was able to establish that Tris had gotten over her fear of sexual intimacy.

The recently released trailer has also showcased an undeniable chemistry between the pair. This has led to many people to believe that there is something going on between the two co-stars, as reported.

However, rumors that the pair are seeing each other are highly unlikely because it seems that both seem to be in relationships of their own. Reports say that Theo James is together with longtime girlfriend Ruth Kearney, while Shailene Woodley is reportedly seeing  Hawaiian folk singer Nahko Bear. The 'Fault in our Stars' actress has also been linked to 'Juno' star Ellen Page.

The Divergent Series: Insurgent is set to be released in theaters everywhere on March 20, 2015.
