"Mortal Kombat X" will include a classic character in its roster. Kung Lao, who is the latest to be revealed to join the roster of characters in the latest Mortal Kombat game.

According to IGN, a Finnish Magazine Pelaaja has just revealed that Kung Lao will be returning in "Mortal Kombat X" with a much older look. A forum user in Test Your Might provided the translation for the magazine and it reveals details on the various fighting techniques and gameplay style of Kung Lao in the game.

There is also an online feature in "Mortal Kombat X" and players get to choose from five different factions which includes Lin Kuei, White Lotus, Brotherhood of Shadows, Special Force and Black Dragon. User interface can also be further customized by earning battle points in the online multiplayer match up.

The storyline of "Mortal Kombat X" takes place after 25 years from the last game. Several new characters will also join the game including Kotal Khan, the ruler of the Outworld, and Cassie Cage, the daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade according to International Business Times. Quan Chi was also earlier revealed last October to be one of the returning characters along with the latest revelation of Kung Lao.

Kung Lao will feature different fighting styles which are Tempest, Buzz Saw and Hat Trick. In Tempest, Kung Lao will have more spinning attacks and he may set his hat as a shield while spinning around him. The Buzz Saw variant will feature a sharper hat with razor sharp edges which will allow players to control the hat throws. Hat Trick on the other hand allows the players to throw Kung Lao's hat and recall it at any point like a boomerang.

"Mortal Kombat X" will be out this April 14, 2015 for all game consoles including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. A PC release is also set on the same date. Stay tuned for more updates on additional features of the game and upcoming characters.
