"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice may be having a difficult time accepting her sentencing issue. She was reportedly commenting over Bravo network's show's executive producer Andy Cohen's statement on her life sentence.

Cohen, who is also considered as the boss of the "Real Housewives" franchise, left a statement on Watch What Happens Live last Tuesday. "[They] didn't get out of jail by being on Housewives of New Jersey...They are going to have to do whatever time they do," he said - in which Giudice believes he's making fun of their sentencing.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Giudice is scheduled to be on the same show this coming Sunday, however, she refused to appear on the show and her interview may be cancelled. The same site suggests that she might have felt disrespected by Cohen's statement. Last Tuesday, she refused to appear on her Tuesday interview. Moreover, scoopers asked on the 42-year old "RHNY" star's close friend about her reason of turning down WWHL.

"She would prefer Andy not make any comments about the sentencing, because she doesn't want to do anything that could affect what the punishment will be," her friend discloses and continue on explaining about Cohen's limitation on his utterances.

"It's one thing for the legal proceedings to play out on the show, but Andy isn't a lawyer, and shouldn't discuss things he knows nothing about."

The site believes the American talk show host and author's statement has no effect on Giudice's sentence period. Nevertheless, it doesn't give her a hindrance of not trying to separate herself from all the frustrations in the meantime prior to the sentencing which will take place in a few weeks.

Teresa attended on a White Party at the posh Woodbury County Club last Tuesday evening. She was the host of the night together with her co-star Dina Manzo as reported by Daily Mail. The spectators had fun, though, despite the intrigues thrown at her.

Giudice, who has a net worth of $11 million and receiving $700,000 per season of "RHNY", will be sentenced in a few weeks due to her nine mail, bankruptcy, wire, and bank fraud guilty pleas together with his husband, Joe.
