Mr. Bachman is currently employed as the COO with Enterprise Group, Inc. ("Enterprise"), and was instrumental in the purchase of three companies over the past 12 months. Prior to Enterprise Mr. Bachman gained more than 25 years experience in Corporate Finance and Management from a Tier One Canadian Chartered Bank. During his financial career Doug has attained numerous top performance and achievement awards across Canada. Mr. Bachman has a Business Management Degree and numerous other courses including Financial Credit and Risk Analysis, Canadian Securities Certificate, and is a graduate of the University of Alberta Corporate Executive Program.
