MSL Solutions Ltd has completed the acquisition of Golf Link Partners (GLP) on February 17, 2014. The strategic deal has helped expand the company portfolio of MSL. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to iseekgolf.com.

Golf Link is a company that manages the handicapping system of Australia online. The firm has access to more than 1,200 golf clubs and can reach around 400,000 club members across the country. The company is licensed by Golf Australia to manage the said system, the report detailed.

The strategic acquisition of Golf Link will give both companies the ability to improve the delivry of services to golf clubs, members, and the worldwide Australian casual golfing community, the report explained.
