Cincinnati startup Nourish wants to help busy, tired, or lazy people cook a healthy meal after work, according to Upstart Business Journal.

The company encourages anyone who is free the whole day and is able to cook to apply at Nourish. The firm's cooks puts together menus, buys ingredients, goes into customer's houses, prepares dinner, and cleans while the client is still away for work. They can also prepare the meals in a way that it will be ready to pop from the oven by the time the customer arrives, or simply leave instructions for re-heating. They can cater three to four meals everyday for every customer. Nourish charges $159 to $239 per week, including the cost of the meal ingredients, the report detailed.

According to founder Cherylanne Skolnicki, the most difficult part of the business is convincing people that it is alright to outsource meal cooking. May people feel that they themselves should be the one doing this household task, the report explained.

Skolnicki said: "We readily outsource things like house cleaning, but not healthy living. You can't outsource exercising. But this is an aspect of healthy living you are able to outsource."
