Performance Trust Capital Partners said veteran investment banker Al Glowasky will be joining the company as Managing Director in the West Coast region. Performance Trust Companies are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as investment advisor and a FINRA-regulated broker/dealer. Based in Chicago, the company educates fixed-income investment professionals and supporting client institutions seeking to invest through the company's total return methodology.

With more than 30 years of investment banking experience, Glowasky will be expanding the company's reach in the West Coast as he leads the company's strategic investment efforts. He will be providing institutions with high-level financial services to enable them to make informed and effective investment decisions.

Glowasky joins the Performance Trust team from investment banking firm and broker-dealer Sandler O'Neill and Parners where he worked as the Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group. In that position, he worked with financial companies on merger and acquisition deals, capital raising as well as strategic planning. Before that, he also worked at DA Davidson & CO and Pacific Crest Securities. His investment banking career started with Morgan Stanley.
