In an announcement, Monroe Capital LLC introduced Bradley Nii as its new Managing Director for its Los Angeles office. Nii would be joining the firm as its new Group Head for the Southern California region. 

Warren Woo, who is also located in the Los Angeles office, would continue in his role as partner for Monroe Capital Partners Fund LP, which was formed as a SBIC fund back in 2011. 

Monroe Capital is one of the market leaders in providing junior and senior debt and equity co-investments to middle market companies in the US and Canada. These investment forms include unitranche financing, cash flow and value based loan offers, mezzanine debt, acquisition facilites and other financial instruments. The firm prides itself in providing a flexible investment approach and the speed of hich it is able to close as well as fund transactions. 

According to Monroe Capital President and CEO Ted Koenig, "We are very excited to add Brad to the Monroe Capital team. Brad has an accomplished career providing financing solutions to middle market companies and brings with him over 25 years of experience in corporate lending, investment banking and accounting, He will lead our Southern California origination efforts of cash flow and enterprise value-based loans to private equity and non-sponsored transactions."

Before joining Monroe Capital, he was the Managing Director at B. Riley & Co. Investment Bank. In that role, he was responsible for capital fund raising as well as financial advisory services to middle market companies in a variety of industries. Before B. Riley, he was the head of West Coast Sponsor Finance at American Capital Ltd. His other previous roles include being Senior Coverage Officer at Lehman Brothers' Global Financial Sponsors Group. 

He had acquired is degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Commercial Finance Association.
