Italian clothier Moncler plans to price its initial public offering at €10.20 per share. Moncler manufactures quilted polyester jackets and other sportswear. Sources told Bloomberg that Moncler's order book is about to close and is more than 20 times subscribed. Moncler shares had been initially priced in a range of €8.75 to €10.20 apiece.

According to the report, the IPO will raise €585 million to €681 million. It also includes an option to increase the offering size by 15%. Most of the proceeds will go to French private equity firm Eurazeo SA and American investment firm Carlyle Group.

Bloomberg said that Eurazeo owns a 45% stake in the skiwear maker and will sell 14% in the IPO. Meanwhile, Carlyle Group holds an 18% stake in Moncler and will sell half of its holding.

Investment banks Bank of America Corp, Goldman Sachs Group Inc and Mediobanca SpA are managing the sale. UBS AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Nomura Holdings Inc will also be participating in the listing, the report said.
