In its announcement made today, Frontier Beverage Company Inc has closed its acquisiton deal of three companies to expand its business in beverage products. Holding company 22 Social Club Productions Inc, and its subsidiaries Blue 22 Entertainment and AppQwest LLC were acquired by the beverage company for an undisclosed amount. Blue 22 Entertainment is a public relations and event management company while AppQwest specializes in the development of mobile apps.

The acquisition deal also included a shakeup of Frontier's board of directors. President and from the Board of Directors Ruben Yakubov would be replaced by Christopher Bailey. Bailey appointed William Coogan and Michael Jamison as new additional directors of the board.

Bailey said about the acquisition and Frontier's growth plans, "The expansion model will focus on launching new Beverage products as we partner with our entertainment and technology subsidiaries for the creation of new entertainment contact for digital and mobile marketing for our drink products. The development of our entertainment content will enhance our marketing, advertising and sponsorship promotions through our mobile applications subsidiary which will increase revenues and profits."
