JP Liquids acquires HPI assets
JP Liquids LLC is a subsidiary of JP Energy Development LP. It recently announced the entry into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Highway Pipeline Inc. Highway Pipeline Inc is in the business of transporting natural gas liquids via land transportation from the Eagle Ford and Permian Basin.
Over the years, HPI had established itself as one of the leading companies with outstanding service and flexibility in meeting its client's needs. The company further boasts of a sterling safety record which it has kept blemish free in the last five years.
According to JP Energy NGLs Senior Vice President Chris Hill, "Mike (McCrown HPI's Managing Director) and his tram have built an excellent company with the core values that we look for including safety based customer service. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent customer service to HPI's existing customers. The HPI assets will complement our crude hauling and marketing offerings in JP Energy Development LP as we will be able to provide additional solutions to those customers."
