Sentry Equipment Corp is a leading worldwide supplier of industrial sampling products and systems. The company had announced its acquisition of the Kilgore,Texas based Accurate Tool Company. The acquisition of Accurate Tool's assets would significantly expand Sentry's products and systems portfolio.

Accurate Tool manufactures equipment to monitor corrosion. This is done by extracting gas and liquid samples from pipelines.
