Global executive headhunter CTPartners announced that it would be acquiring Mexican executive search company Taylor Executive Consultancy Latam S. de R.L. The New York-based executive search firm signed a letter of intent for the acquisition. As part of the deal, Eduardo Taylor of Taylor Executive Consultancy would be the Managing Partner in Mexico for CTPartners. No financial details were given about the transaction.

Eduardo Taylor has over 17 years of experience as a search consultant for multinational executives. He has worked primarily with companies in the industrial and consumer products niche, placing the right individuals in senior positions like that of the CEO and members of the board.

CTPartners has a track record of putting qualified executives in the senior levels and in the C-suite. Private equity and venture capital firms also benefited from the headhunter's services. CTPartners also provides executing recruiting and advisory services to companies in the life sciences, retail and consumer, financial services and technology, media and telecommunications industries.
