Vaultize opens new office in Mumbai

Mobiity solutions provider and enterprise file sharing and sync services expert Vaultize announced today the opening of its new office in downtown Mumbai. This expansion is part of the windfall from its first venture capital funding round it had closed with Tata Capital Innovations Fund.

The proceeds of that capital round woud be used to scale up the channel focused go-to-market strategy of the firm.

According to Vaultize CEO and Co-founder Anand Kekre, "The new office provides us a base in Mumbai, the commercial capital of the reguin from where we will implement our regional plans and go-to-market stategy together with our channel partners and alliances for future growth in the region. We will soon be opening regional sales offices in the UK and USA to grow our presence in Europe and American regions."

This was seconded by Vaultize's Vice President of Sales - Global Emerging Markets Vivek Anand. Anand said, "Vaultize is looking to tap the thriving Indian  and APAC data management market with an expanded partner base. We have identified India and APAC as a market with huge growth potential and we are confident that now is the right time to be expanding our operations in the region."
