Tata Capital Innovations Fund invested in Vaultize. The funds will be used for Vaultize's go-to-market strategy. This included worldwide expansion, enhancement of its global partner program, and building best-of-breed teams for sales, marketing, and engineering.

Vaultize was a company that provided a secure platform for enterprise file sharing and sync, enterprise mobility, Google Apps backup, and backup and encryption for endpoint protection.

"Data security and privacy are currently the key concerns of any organization's IT. Use of consumer cloud services, workforce mobility and the trend of BYOD are likely to increase the concerns even further. Vaultize comes at the right time to address these pain points. Led by experienced professionals and domain experts, Vaultize is poised to capture a significant share of the market," said Mohan Harshey of Tata Capital.

Meanwhile, CEO and Co-founder of Vaultize, Anand Kekre, said "Funding from Tata Capital Innovations Fund is a testimony of the tremendous market opportunity, our unique market position and the successes we have been having in this market."
