Mivan, the Northern Ireland-based specialist contractor, clinched deals totaling GBP 20 million from its clients in London and Saudi Arabia. This Co Antrim's fit-out company scooped GBP 15 million worth of prime residential contracts with Sir Robert McAlpine Limited, a key London client. The largest of these is the Fitzroy Place project valued at more than GBP 12.5 million. Exemplar, Central London's leading real estate developer, outfitted the multi-function complex that includes commercial office space as well as penthouses and apartments. Scheduled to be finished in April 2014, Mivan will be providing the European oak fittings like door sets, ceiling and wall paneling, and bathroom vanity units, among others. The smaller contract, worth GBP 2 million, is for the making and installation of staircases for a residential project of De Vere Gardens in Kensington.

Earlier, Mivan also secured a GBP 7 million contract for the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah. The Belfast Telegraph reported that the company will be working on the Royal Suite of the Saudi Arabian development.
