Disneyland is giving California residents a magical reason to celebrate — ticket prices are being cut in half for a limited-time promotion.
The Anaheim theme park announced that Golden State residents can grab a three-day park hopper pass for just $249, or about $83 per day, granting access to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
Regular three-day park hopper tickets cost $535 for adults and $510 for children, meaning this special deal represents a huge saving for local visitors.
The discounted tickets go on sale December 3 and can be used between January 1 and May 21, 2026.
Tickets can be used on nonconsecutive days, but park reservations are required.
To qualify, visitors must prove California residency with a government-issued ID showing a ZIP code between 90000 and 96199, Independent reported.
Each eligible guest can purchase up to five tickets per day. For an additional fee, visitors can add Disneyland's Lightning Lane Multi Pass to skip long lines at popular attractions.

Disneyland Ticket Prices Soar
This promotion comes at a time when ticket prices at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World have been steadily rising, causing frustration among parkgoers.
Single-day peak tickets in Anaheim have hit a record $224, while multi-day passes and annual passes saw similar increases. Annual passholders, for instance, saw the top-tier Inspire Key rise to $1,899.
According to the NY Post, parking also climbed to $40 per day. In Florida, Walt Disney World also raised ticket and pass prices, with some single-day tickets exceeding $200.
Fans have voiced concerns on social media, saying rising costs make traditional Disney vacations harder for families to afford.
Many have cited added expenses like hotels, food, and premium add-ons such as Genie+ and Lightning Lane.
Some long-time visitors reported they might not renew annual passes due to these price hikes.
Despite the price surge, Disneyland's new promotion offers Californians an opportunity to enjoy the park without breaking the bank.
The sale coincides with Disneyland's 70th anniversary celebrations, including events like the 2026 Lunar New Year festivities and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.
"Discover unforgettable festivals—from vibrant Lunar New Year celebrations to delicious flavors at the Food & Wine Festival," the park said. "Plus, join in the excitement of the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration."
