Netflix Houses to Open in 2025

According to Deadline, the upcoming Netflix Houses will feature experiential activities tied to its streaming franchises, such as Money HeistStranger ThingsSquid Game, and Bridgerton, alongside retail stores and restaurants.

In a press release, Netflix Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee described Netflix House as a place where "regularly updated immersive experiences," "retail therapy," and literal taste of everyone's favorite Netflix series and films through "unique food and drink offerings" might be enjoyed.

She noted that these locations will give life to people's beloved shows in new, dynamic, and unexpected ways.

Each site will occupy over 100,000 square feet, taking over space from previous department stores at the Galleria Dallas and King of Prussia Mall. The facilities will be adorned with sculptures and murals of characters from famous Netflix releases.

These spots were reportedly chosen for their proximity to big cities, existing retail environments, and high foot traffic. After the announcement, Netflix stock jumped 1.4% to $685.26 at 3:30 p.m. ET Tuesday.
