Elon Musk bashed Boeing for having too many non-technical managers. He said this as Tesla enters its 4th week of layoffs. The billionaire also criticized the American aircraft manufacturer for its first crewed spaceflight.
According to Business Insider's latest report, Tesla CEO Elon Musk criticized Boeing for hiring too many non-technical managers. The billionaire said this as the airplane maker prepares its historic crewed Starliner flight.
"Too many non-technical managers at Boeing," said Elon Musk via his official X post, which generated over 45 million views, 124,000 likes, and more than 7,000 comments.
In addition, Elon Musk also criticized Boeing's astronaut capsule, saying that the American aircraft manufacturer spent $4.2 billion just to develop it. He compared it to SpaceX, which spent only $2.6 billion and was able to complete the capsule four years earlier.
"Note, the crew capsule design of Dragon 2 has almost nothing in common with Dragon 1," he added.
