Airbnb now offers users the opportunity to experience some of the most iconic destinations in the world.

On Wednesday, the home rental site unveiled 11 recreated "icons" inspired by beloved scenes in pop culture. 

Airbnb Launches Movie-Inspired Rentals 'Icons'

Now, individuals can fulfill their aspirations of residing alongside renowned celebrities in their beloved fictional locations.

According to Brian Chesky, an Airbnb CEO and co-founder, his team came up with the idea in October and wasted no time creating the initial 11 icons, which are now accessible on the Airbnb app.

Experience a real-life Up house that defies gravity or step into the X-Men mansion where 2D animation comes to life, all for less than $100, as per People.

Rental Icons: Up House and X-Men '97 Mansion

Located in Abiquiu, New Mexico, the actual Up house perfectly mirrors the home depicted in the movie, complete with the book that chronicles Ellie's life story. 

Chesky said every piece of furniture was meticulously hand-crafted, and the decor perfectly mirrors Carl's home.

In a remarkable feat, Airbnb has transformed a house into a floating Marvel reminiscent of a scene from a movie. Using a staggering 8,000 balloons, this incredible creation was brought to life in a mere four months.

"It's suspended 50 feet in the air with a massive crane typically used for windmills," Chesky explains. "Now, it's raising a house."

The structure is incredibly portable, and Airbnb decided to showcase it in Los Angeles. Staff brought 8,000 balloons to give Pixar fans a first look at where they can have an unforgettable stay.

Similarly, a residence that takes advantage of the popularity of X-Men '97 by offering a stay in the X-Mansion located in Westchester County, New York captures the exact ambiance of the show. 

The entire house was meticulously painted by hand, making it a two-dimensional comic book.  Additionally, the house has various activities that allow residents to simulate X-Men training. 

Just like the Headquarters from Inside Out 2, Joy is the lucky host, showcasing the other emotions through themed rooms, AV Club reported.
