"You can go to this platform as an entrepreneur and you can go on the platform as an angel investor and get access to both people and express interest based on tags," she explained via TechCrunch.

This means that the Cherub app can match investors and entrepreneurs with those interested in them on the back end. They can match with them if they are also interested in certain companies to indicate their intentions.
