Google's enterprise records 195% jump

Google's enterprise division was comprised of several offerings that aid the operations of businesses. Google Apps, the tech giant's enterprise-grade version of Calendar, Gmail and Google Drive, is currently offered at a package price of US$50 for every user each year. Analysts believed that Google would not move away from this enterprise anytime soon hence, it would pose a conundrum to other companies.

Google's growing map and search engine was complimentary with its Google App suite. The company did not break out the particular earnings but analysts believed it earned US$2.3 billion from this enterprise in 2012. The figure denoted a 71% increase from Google's U$1.3 billion earnings in 2011.

In the most recent earnings call held by Google, it specified that its venture capital in the corporation's enterprise merchandises would increase. Analysts said that Google currently generates US$200 million earnings each quarter from Google Apps and Google Cloud Platform. The amount was a 195% jump year on year.
