Supermodel Heidi Klum continued to inspire people across the globe. The moneymaker's ability to establish a knack for combining fashion and charity proved to be very beneficial.

According to Forbes, Heidi Klum's net worth is US$70 million. She had a 13-year career at Victoria's Secret and she also signed a contract for Lifetime show's 'Seriously Funny Kids'. Her 'Germany's Next Top Model' currently dominates the ratings in Germany. Furthermore, in 2011, she struck a deal with New Balance. She created a line of tops, dresses and many athletic apparel merchandises that would be sold solely on Amazon.com. Her eyes were focused both on high fashion and the health issues of women.

Heidi Klum donated the garments she wore at various celebrity functions to charitable institutions. The gown she wore for the Academy Awards went to the Red Dress Program. She even modelled for the program's fundraising event. Some of her dresses went to an auction called 27 Dresses which benefitted the breast cancer charity Lavender Trust. Moreover, the supermodel attended Madonna's gala for the Raising Malawi project. The gala hoped to give orphans food, medical care, school supplies and water.

Heidi Klum is also an advocate for UNICEF. She supported IMCG, a skin cancer charity, by modelling a t-shirt. Klum also helped Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Her habit of putting her supermodel repute into good altruistic use allowed her to help children with life-threatening diseases.
