There are certain people who really had a suicidal tendency. These are the people who had a very big problem in life, people who are very depressed, stressed and have a lot of burdens and the best way to reduce the risk of suicide is to know the risk factor and to recognize the warning signs of suicide.

These are some of the pre-quitting that made the cut are listed below:

Their work productivity has decreased more than usual.

They have acted less like a team player than usual.

They have been doing the minimum amount of work more frequently than usual.

They have been less interested in pleasing their manager than usual.

They have been less willing to commit to long-term timelines than usual.

They have exhibited a negative change in attitude.

They have exhibited less effort and work motivation than usual.

They have exhibited less focus on job related matters than usual.

They have expressed dissatisfaction with their current job more frequently than usual.

They have expressed dissatisfaction with their supervisor more frequently than usual.

They have left early from work more frequently than usual.

They have lost enthusiasm for the mission of the organization.

They have shown less interest in working with customers than usual.

Suicide is potentially preventable public health problem. There is a fact that in 2014, suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the US. Just last year, there was nearly 43,000 suicides and 1.3 million adult who attempted suicide, that is according to CDC. And suicide is the second leading cause of death from ages 10 to 34.

There are also some other risk factors for suicide. These incudes-one ore more prior suicide attempts, family history of mental disorder or substance abuse, family history of suicide, family violence, physical or sexual abuse, keeping firearms in the home, chronic physical illness, incarceration, and exposure to the suicidal behavior of others.
