ZoomerMedia Limited announced the completed amalgamation or merger of its subsidiaries, Zoomer Management Limited, the Christian Channel Inc., and Vision TV Digital Inc. ONE: The Body, Mind and Spirit Channel Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vision TV Digital Inc was also added in the amalgamation. The transaction was completed July 1, 2013.

ZoomerMedia, a multimedia company, serves 45+ "Zoomer" demographic through magazine, television, internet, radio and trade shows. The ZoomerMedia television properties include Canada's lone multi-faith specialty TV service station, Vision TV;  ONE: the Body, Mind, Spirit and the Love Channel, which offers programs related to exercise, yoga, meditation, natural health and to living an earth-friendly lifestyle. Joytv 11 in Winnipeg and  Joytv 10 in Vancouver, as well as two conventional stations, are also part of the extensive demographics of the company.  ZoomerMedia demographics include radio properties like the CFMZ FM Toronto, CFMX-FM Cobourg and CFZM-AM 740 Toronto. ZoomerMedia's publishing arm includes the Zoomer Magazine and its internet site.
