Alana Thompson, more popularly known as Honey Boo Boo child, is lucky to have a mother who knows what to do with new-found money. Despite what impression TLC hit show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" leaves on its viewers, it's no doubt that Momma June knows responsible money handling.

Thompson reportedly earns US$50,000 for every episode of the hit reality television show. The toddler's net worth is estimated to be US$300,000. With that kind of money and what the family does on screen, most people would assume that it would all go to waste. June "Momma June" Shannon proved them wrong.

According to a TMZ interview early this year, Shannon said that most of the earnings from the show was deposited into a trust fund which each of the girls cannot access until they turn 21. The fund will be used for their education or medical emergencies only, she said in the interview. Shannon's other daughters, aged 18, 15, and 12, are also stars of the show.
