Suzhou Snail Digital Technology Co., a game developer which online game was endorsed by Jet Li, was planning of offering an IPO in Hong Kong. This was according to two sources who were knowledgeable about the transaction.

The company was currently selecting investment banks that would manage the initial public offering. It aimed to raise up to US$100 million from the IPO next year. However, Snail Game officials were not available to make any comment regarding the IPO.

Suzhou Snail Digital Technology Co. was also called Snail Game. It was established in 2000 in Suzhou city. According to the company's website, Snail Game developed 3D online games ahead of other Chinese companies. Jet Li promoted "Age of Wushu" as per his agreement with the company. Li promoted the game through a commercial, where he was featured as a wushu master. "Age of Wushu" was released in China and the US last year.
