Aeroflot unveiled the "Official Carrier of Manchester United Football Club".

Aeroflot and Manchester United Football Club entered an agreement making Russia's leading airline their official carrier. The multi-year contract came into effect last July 1.

The official launch was attended by Manchester United Manager, and members of the Manchester United squad as well as CEO of Aeroflot, Richard Arnold, Group Managing Director of Manchester United, David Moyes,

Aeroflot's top management and members of the Manchester United squad demonstrated their mutual commitment to the partnership at the launch event held at the Old Trafford. The event featured a replica of an Aeroflot business class lounge and a 20-metre-wide digital image of a Manchester United and Aeroflot branded airplane projected on the front of Old Trafford.

Members of the United team signed the digital plane which is due to be featured across Aeroflot's marketing channels including its website and the official Facebook page of Aeroflot.

As the "Official Carrier" for the Manchester United Team, Aeroflot will provide strategic advice to the club on travel arrangements for the team and its officials. It  will also provide charter services whenever suitable on its newest long-haul Airbus and Boeing airplanes featuring a state-of-the-art business class experience.
