Mass Effect 4: Andromeda has gone all out for the past number of months-starting off only with one trailer, it has not showed people much of itself but has still managed to spill bits and pieces of information. BioWare has done what fans expected for N7, and some gamers may be teary-eyed over the news.

According to Techno Buffalo, BioWare's highly-anticipated Mass Effect 4: Andromeda has lurked in the shadows for quite some time but last November 7th, all the speculations, hunches and rumors of the game's protagonist aspect was taken to a more concrete frontier. It was made official that the lead character of the series will no longer be Commander Shepard and it could not be any more direct than it was stated.

Delivered by Mashable, a female voice filled the footage which was launched during N7 day filled the atmosphere, talking in a very ominous vibe as the trailer rolls on. It spoke about mankind's next probable adventure, and how from that point on, the new journey begins. At the end of the clip, the woman introduced herself as Commander Shepard, and as depressing it may be to some of the fans, the seemingly impossible resignation of the Commander was officially laid out to the public.

It was noted by Tech Times that there are also some attributes that may have spilled clues on who the next protagonist to take the place of Commander Shepard is. Some fans speculate on the name Rider or Ryder to be that lead, because of some hints that fans found-one would be the sound track used in the footage being Ghost Riders in the Sky, and a dog tag that says Ryder, which may be one of the biggest factors that the gamers have seen to be a give-away.

All of these are still uncertain as of the moment, but Mass Effect 4: Andromeda's story is one that cannot be questioned-the Commander has waved one last goodbye, and there will be more to look out for in the future.
