Vodafone Expands its Enterprise in Africa after Euro 1 billion profit in March

On Friday, Vodafone Group PLC announced its Vodafone Global Enterprise's expansion in Africa.

Vodafone was a British multinational mobile communications company based in London. Its Global Enterprise unit provided communication services for its patrons throughout Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and America. Vodafone was the world's second-biggest mobile telecommunications corporation calculated by the number of subscribers and revenues in 2011.As of December 2011, it already recorded 439 million customers.

Vodafone would expand to establish two latest regional centers in Nairobi, Kenya and Accra, Ghana. It would also significantly improve the level of assistance for more than 600 VGE multinational clients with the campaign in Africa.

The new hubs were expected to meet the needs of the customers in both eastern and western parts of Africa.

Vodafone experienced progress in its ventures in Africa. Its revenues from the enterprise was more than Euro1 billion in the financial year that ended in March 2013.

The company's current value was said to be GBP93.8 billion.
